Worst experience ever..I took my car in for an oil change, first oil change I've got on my car as its a brand new 2022 model and they snapped off my dipstick tube and my car is leaking oil badly now and it wasn't leaking any oil before taking it there and its leaking from where they snapped the dipstick tube off. They told me its fine

Beware of buying items here that they match their price. I was gonna buy a phone behind locked glass sliders placed in front of a sale price of 67$ ,up front at till it ended up being 119.00 + tax.Not honest in there business,they wouldn't let me buy the item for the posted price. If it was an open shelf I can understand customers misplacing items but this was behind locked sliders.I believe this is illegal.Lacking in staff as well , only 4 staff for the entire store ,long line up of customers at 1 open till,had a long wait till one of the staff eventually unlocked the sliders for me. They have LOTS of room to improve, a shame for our community!

The store has great selection, I buy most of my cleaning supplies and home maintenance items from HL Cad tire and find that their prices are always cheaper than if bought online (amazon / etc). Cad tire is also our go to store for seasonal items. Almost all my xmas decor are from this store :). Their garden centre is well stocked during the spring and summer.. love checking out their selection of plants!! Excellent customer service, highly highly commend Mary and Juver. Also kudos to the owners for supporting the local community through various donations. Keep it up!!

My son and I have been taking our cars to Canadian Tire in High Level for nearly 3 years. In total about 5 different cars. The mechanic Rob is excellent. He knows his stuff, is honest and completely reliable. We never had an issue. I even trust Rob with my 1975 Fiat Spider which is my prized possession. Keep up the fantastic work. I trust no other mechanic.

I recently moved to High Level from Bassano, east of Calgary. I have never been a Canadian Tire fan until I moved here. I always found their customer service horrible. I now love going to the Canadian Tire in High Level. The staff is amazing, always friendly, knowledgeable, they know where everything is and will bend over backwards to help you. I very much appreciate that there’re prices are the same as all the other store franchise prices. I never feel like I’m being overcharged just because it’s in High Level. Good staff is the direct result of good management. Thank you to this store and all the people who make it so great,
