Nice selection and good prices on most items. Sale items can be really good if you keep an eye on their flyers

Most uncooperative staff ever seen. They never offer help to put purchased items in bags at the checkout counters, even if the customer is senior or handicapped. During COVID times, they were giving the excuse that due to the situation, they avoid touching bags. What is the excuse now? It just shows that staff and store management don't care about the customers. Every other grocery store puts stuff in the bags to help the customers as a gesture of goodwill. Some stores even offer help to take the purchases to the car. I think management should learn from others.

They don't honor Freshco" flyers as they are actually

I was there this morning around 11:10, I bought Fenugreek seeds. I got home find that they are expired, expired October 2022. Too them back to exchange. Well lady says I can get another one. In that brand everything was expired, so I Took another brand. To the till the lady is holding my receipt, she can see the date and time of the purchase. She's scanning the expired products and is not scanning. With the receipt in her hand She's asking me if I bought this product there. I was upset because she's got all the proof she needs in her hand and also in the shelf. That's terrible customer service and please REMOVE THE EXPIRED SPICES FROM YOUR SHELVES!!!

Great Prices but not great customer service.My grandma had visited this store earlier today and when my grandma was done checking out and paid the cashier did not give us a receipt like most grocery stores do, when we asked him if we could get our receipt as we had thought we were overcharged on some products he said “it’s too late now”. I know some stores are willing to reprint the receipt through the system. He later on started grunting and saying huh, excuse me when we kept asking for a receipt. Never coming back here again as the employees have no respect for the customers.

Pretty good selection and prices. Always lots of things on sale. Bright and clean. I love nearby so I shop here all the time.

Almost South Asian grocery store. Good customer service there is no fresh cut deli meats there's precut/ package deli meat. Marinated Indian style meats in back of store is awesome. Halal meat also sold.

Way better prices than Loblaws stores. Great variety of foods & spices. Have hallal products which is great. Store is clean & managers listen to customers. Made me a life long customer
