City of London Landfill Site

The guy that always wear a cap needs to stop asking people where are they coming from, if you guys require to know which cities your customers are coming from simply ask for ID's as they do in totalitarian countries and then he will be able to tell, it's always the same slim guy. NEXT Time I will be making a huge fuss, I will be pulling a Karen for the first time in my life indeed. It's a landfill for God's sakes.

About 2:30 pm on Monday, September 20, I mistakenly stopped my car on what I thought was just the entry ramp, well behind a large truck that was at the booth. Being unfamiliar with the Manning Road landfill site, I didn't realize that I was on the scale. An attendant in the booth angrily screamed and swore at me to back up because apparently he was trying to weigh the truck's load. At no time was anyone's safety at risk. If there was a sign telling customers to wait at a certain spot, I certainly didn't see it. Why isn't there a barrier gate or signal light to let you know when to proceed to the booth? Not at all impressed with the rudeness of this employee. His over-reaction was completely uncalled for. I suppose he has never made a mistake in his life? At least the second attendant (where I dropped off some household chemicals) was much more pleasant and reasonable.

Great staff good experience bring a shovel you may find something.Don't suggest bringing fries with you, the seaguls are savage and will try and take your fries away.Stopped at Costco beforehand to get fries and hotdogs to eat at the dump but it was ruined by the seaguls.Shout out to Jeff running the scale. Really efficient number puncher, and amazed at the effectiveness of the dozers dozing. Will definitely be back. Really enjoyed exploringThanks Marty for showing me around.

Quick, efficient drop off of automotive oil. Picked it up right out of car. Good service to help facilitate recycling.

All of the employees at the City of London Landfill are extremely helpful and their customer service is impeccable! Very hardworking individuals and we really appreciate their service!

So a week ago i moved to St Thomas and went to the dump the day after to get rid of my boxes and garbage. There was no questions asked by the young lady working there. She was actually quite helpful explaining where things go. So today i loaded my whole van up with boxes and stuff from moving and drove all the way there from St Thomas only to be told i can't dump there.so i went to the other dump in London and they said i should be able to dump there. What a run around. Are there restrictions as to what dump i can use because i'm from St Thomas..

The city staff are always super helpful and patient. We seem to make a number of trips to this spot with our household junk. thanks for always being so kind an polite to work with.

Very professional guys. Came there to drop off an old couch and other junk, and one of the guys came over with a front end loader and helped me get the couch out of the van.
