My experience with elby was great in the beginning. They set me up with an interview in the field I wanted to get into. After going through the process over the course of a few months, I hadn't heard back about the role. It was only when I saw the position being advertised again that I figured I was no longer a candidate. I have thick skin, I'm okay with being told that I didn't get the job but I was simply ignored. This was one of two bad experiences with recruitment (another with a different recruitment agency) so needless to say I think I'll forego this next time.
