O.N.E. Dance Centre

We are so pleased with our experiences with O.N.E each time they come to teach a dance class! Mike and Jasmine are wonderful instructors who never fail to lead a fun and engaging class, regardless of the size of the group. We will surely be booking with O.N.E again in the future.

Dancing at ONE has been such an amazing experience. The people at this studio are so welcoming, supportive and encouraging. They host many different styles of dance with classes for every experience level so there is something for everyone! A magical place for any dancer to be apart of ❤️

Highly recommended!! O.N.E. is an extremely beginner friendly, welcoming, and supportive dance environment. There’s classes for all levels that are fun and energetic, and it’s affordable as well.

Went there with my instructor as a voulenteer for the younger Hip Hop camp. Loved every experience of it. Definitely a great place to take your kids if they want an amazing experience learning the culture of hip hop!

Friendly, encouraging environment for adult beginners. A convenient, affordable and risk-free way to try something new and perhaps a little out of your comfort zone. Super easy to register for classes online. Also if the pandemic is holding you back, don't let it; the studio takes covid protocols very seriously and the space is well sanitized and ventilated. Highly recommend even if you have zero dance experience!

Good variety of classes from I'm new to dance! How do I box step?" to "I used to dance but need some time to get back into it" all the way up to "I'm craving a CHALLENGE!" Appreciate the variety in styles and how instructors frame their teaching so everyone can succeed and feel great about moving their bodies.There's a huge emphasis on respect

Fantastic instructors, great dancers and a very inclusive atmosphere. Don't be afraid to join a class you've never done (even if you've never danced at all) because everyone is so friendly and encouraging that you will pick up the choreography quickly and have a lot of fun while doing it. Highly recommend all the Hip Hop classes.

I’ve been coming to this dance studio for a couple of months now and I must say I’ve never felt so comfortable doing something so out of my comfort zone. On top of it being affordable there is NO JUDGEMENT, literally you go your thing. When I took my first class I was terrified as I do go there on my own but now when I go there I show up a bit more confident every time. I’m not a perfect dancer, I’m fancy I’m actually taking dance to help me on my weight loss journey and it keeps me motivated. Literally instead of going to the gym all week which is to me kind of boring lol I get hyped up knowing when I have dance. All the choreographers are so talented, amazing and patient when asked questions.I am such a shy person and literally coming out of my shell is tough but when I’m in the studio it’s like all the energy I have sets loose.I definitely would recommend this studio if your looking to try out something new or even if you do have dance experience it’s a perfect place for anyone.
