This company is an absolute joke, brought my boat in and purchased brand new merc 9.9 motor middle of May 2022 and $10,000 conversion kit. Promised it to be installed by by mid to end of June. I thought 4 weeks is fair as everyone busy. End of June no kit and Mike the parts guys say parts are stuck at customs. Go up a week later first week of July and Mike quit and sales person Matt tells me don't know what to say but if your not happy just take boat and go. Mechanic runs out and convincing me boat will be in Thursday and ready in a week so now mid July. Boat not ready and operations manager calls me from the Bellwood location and guarantees boat be ready in a week. LOLNew manager Adam calls me two weeks ago and says boat in and will be ready as promised. Couple days later they say need another part be in July 27th. Talk to Adam July 28th and he says the boat in and installation should be done in few days.July 29th go up to see progress and boat still in yard and not been touched.DONOT BUY OR TRY TO SERVICE YOUR BOAT AS THIS COMPANY IS TRULY MISMANAGED AND WORSE LIE AFTER LIE FROM EMPLOYEES.I hate to slam local but owner needs to pack up shop and hi tail it out of Owen Sound area!
