I got food poisoning after eating here. Right after breakfast switched to lunch, to rush the crazy amount of People in drive thru, clearly the chicken was not cooked thoroughly because they're rushing. Not the first time I've read about food poisoning from this location. Your staff need to be educated on properly cooking chicken and keeping the environment clean, this isn't their house, it's a public restaurant. NEVER eat here!

Terrible service, we ordered four ice creams and two of the McFlurry’s were half empty, and one had a big chunk of ice cream hanging on the side. The person preparing our ice creams was not paying attention to what they were doing. The place looked filthy, there was a mop and dirty water by the ice cream machine, and a big spill of milky liquid on the floor. Lots of grime on some of the dispensers. We asked for our money back and left. If you care about service and cleanliness, I would try a different location. That’s what we did.

I get coffee regularly in the morning and have had a few minor issue here but this one tops it. Multiple hairs on my cup when i took the lid off to put it in my thermos. Never getting food from here again.

Order mcdouble combo. They make me park I'm the spots in front. Then I watch 4 cars with big orders get served at the window while I wait for a very small faster to make order. These guys are unprofessional clowns.

Did curbside pick up.They came out to say that the apple pies would be 15 minutes if we wanted to wait or have something else.We waited, and the food was good. My husband enjoyed the apple pies

They make you pull up to the waiting spots so they HAVE to come outside and give you the food just so they can VAPE or check the phone. They care more about “drive thru times” then anything else. I’m sick of “we’re just waiting on a fresh batch off fries you can pull thru” it’s McDonald’s and there is more than 1 side to the fries have another batch goingEvery single time I come here my order is wrong. They also need to be trained better on the app and redeeming points etc; I’m not sure if that confused them or something but the app has been around for a while now.Visit the appleby or plains/Fairview location food is always accurate the first time.
