Outstanding service and personnel - especially Debbie Jillings. My motorhome had extensive body work and was there for several weeks. Debbie kept me up to date throughout. Final product was excellent. Beware though of the 3% credit card surcharge on. Bills over $5,000. It was recently introduced and I was not aware of it until the day before I picked up the vehicle.

We bought a new truck camper from O'Connor RV Centre and could not be happier with the entire experience. Eugene was professional without being pushy. He answered all our questions and was a delight to deal with. I would highly recommend asking for Eugene if you are looking for an RV. All other members of the O'Connor team were also great to deal with. A big thumbs up to Gerry who walked us through all the details of the camper on pickup.Ron & Carol

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Treated us very well even though we weren't sure we were purchasing! Turns out we are! And process has been wonderful.

When our RV required a major repair covered by ICBC, we struggled to find a shop that was knowledgeable about RVs and approved by ICBC. However, this particular shop did an excellent job repairing our class B RV. Despite the difficulty of the repair, they were able to complete it to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with the outcome.

It is with heartfelt gratitude I posted this review. My wife and I are stranded in Hope BC with our slide out and broken which we couldn't close. I contacted Eugene at O'Connor RV and they came to our rescue and had us back on the road in 5 hrs. If it wasn't for the quick action of the O'Connor team we don't know what we would have done. This place is amazing, from the trailers they sell to the service department and the parts shop! Kyle has amazing customer service! They always have what we need and are so helpful! We highly recommend this place for all your trailer needs.Will and Pamela in the service department are also amazing. They got our repairs done quick and painless with our insurance company. Will was amazing with fixing our issues on our trailer. We would recommend them for service or sales!! They have some great looking trailers on site always for purchase.

If I could give them 100 stars I would! What a perfect experience. We stopped in to look at options and met with Eugene, who seemed to totally understand what we were looking for from the get go. We ended up purchasing the 2nd trailer he showed us, but not before visiting 3 other dealerships as obviously this is a big purchase and we wanted to be sure. No other place came anywhere close to the service we received here! So we returned a few hours later to let them know of our decision. We met Josh who helped with the financing side of things, gave us what our monthly payments would be and off we went that night. 1 week later, we just picked up the trailer after a full walk through with Loren, who showed us everything we needed to know and took us to their RV store to buy all the must haves! Will definitely be back for any of our RV needs! Also Kyle at the store is super knowledgeable about all the products they have from Thermacell to Solar kits! 100% recommended!!

This place is a pleasure to come to and purchase a RV. Lots of selection and great service department.
