The person I dealt with, Renee Kelly, is a real piece of work. She cancelled a CPR class I registered for and only issued me credit. She refused to issue me a refund and only had dates for classes after my certification would expire (meaning I'd have to take a more expensive class and lose my certification at work). She totally stonewalled me and refused to issue me a refund. She then proceeded to insult me and send several emails in CAPS to make sure I can read. (Like, I'm very clearly Asian in my email name, so kinda super racist undertones here. Also, what terms and conditions allow you to cancel a class and keep my money?)Definitely don't go here if you need certification on any kind of timeline and if you don't want to deal with a sleazy penny punching business person"."
