The art of the artist is rarely appreciated fully until it's a time after the artist can benefit from that appreciation. True, taste can affect that appreciation but in my experience from Hangzhou, China to Hamiota, Canada, you'd be lucky to find a taste alchemist as remarkable as at J.& D. Restaurant in Hamiota... and, Yes, I have enjoyed food in both places. If you live in and around Hamiota you're saved a place here... and a very long journey.
