Excellent processing! Very knowledgeable and gave lots of helpful tips to my kids over the last 5 years when learning how to raise and process chickens. My only wish is that we could get more chickens in for processing.

Just returned from my annual trip to Schefter's with 60 birds. Great job and friendly service as always. They get better every year. It's worth the drive to Gorrie.
