Love the service from the whole gang at Paul's Paintin place! Our company has been going to Paul's daily for many years and have always had exceptional service and loyalty. Paul always makes sure we are happy with products, pricing and service, Carl does the best colour matches and has impeccable knowledge on products and Pete also has great knowledge on products and is there early every morning with a smile on his face and our products mixed and ready to go! And of course Angela is always happy and eager to help us with any questions we have and provides punctual service with a smile and a laugh. Kat and the design side are always helpful for our designer needs!

I went to Paul’s for the first time today to get a paint matched. They spent 2-3 hours getting the closest possible to the colour. All this effort for just a quart of paint. I went home and did touch-ups with it and it looks great. Fantastic experience.

Very helpful and Friendly staff

Service is very poor.....I requested a color match for a General Paint Product and was rudely told that it would be 2 hours as the color match person was not in until 11:00AM (it was after 11:00). I said that I would appreciate getting it ASAP. I asked if they could call me when the 2 gallons at $80.00 were ready and again was rudely told that they would. When I called more than 4 hours later, another staff member without any apology told me it was ready and that they were too busy to call me. I am painting a whole house which is a lot for me but I got the feeling that they prefer dealing with contractors and that my business was not worth a 2 minute phone call and talking to me with basic courtesy....There is another Benjamin Moore just down the road....I'll get the other $500 worth of paint from them....

We have shopped at the store for over two years and although the store can be extremely busy, we have always had wonderful service from the staff. We have a home in the Sechelt area and one in the Lower Mainland. Over the past two years, we have slowly been renovating both homes. The owner of Paul's Paintin' has been absolutely terrific. He and a very bubbly blonde" lady have come to our Sunshine Coast home to deliver products

We had new window shades and valances installed in our living room, dining room and kitchen. We are VERY pleased. We took advantage of their 50% sale and the free cordless version. During this pandemic, thewait wasn't unreasonable. Installer, Kevin, was excellent, on time, covid conscious, of course, with mask, etc. We highly recommend Paul's Painting for window coverings.

Quite simply, they really understand customer service, even going above and beyond the usual.In my case, a product purchased through a competitor was not tinted and when I tried to get it tinted, well, let's just say that the competitor did not have the right information and made no efforts to get the information since they already had my money.As a final solution, I ventured into Benjamin Moore to see if they could help. Even though they don't carry the product I was needing help with, Peter, Carly and a third employee who's name I don't know, took about 30 minutes out of their busy day to research a solution, going so far as calling the paint company to get the tinting formulas.Total cost of getting a competitor's product tinted: $2 (just to cover the tint costs).Bottom line: Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. What more can you ask for?
