One of the best lawn care company in Edmonton. I have used their expertise for my lawn(and it is quite big one) very effectively and efficiently. No problem if weeds,dandelionsetc. They know their job and top of thing is that they own responsibility for any damage they do to your lawn. I have been duly compensated by the company on two occasions.Though s bit pricy, but the company is worth it. After observing my lawn in lush, almost all of my neighbours are using GREEN DROPS services.

We paid for 3 fertilizer and weed control treatments back in November of 2022, and have not had any service at all as of today (May 25, 2023). Amanda was absolutely non-apologetic when I called Green Drop for the fourth time inquiring as to why there has been no service provided to-date. Our grass is very poor this year, and weeds are out of control. Green Drop has our money, but has not provided the contracted service. Extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service, and professionalism. If you can't do the work, don't take the money.

4yr client-aeration service didn’t show up as planned to aerate. No reason provided until I called. Apparently I didn’t flag my sprinklers which I’ve never had nor my neighbor has. No notes in file that I had sprinklers either. So driver lied or went to wrong street? 2 weeks later still didn’t get a response from Edm office or new schedule date. I guess too inconvenient to send truck around again so they preferred I cancelled service which I did.

I inherited a 14-year-old duplex that I think had every type of weed species imaginable. It was my first time managing a lawn, and although I tried my best - pulling weeds by hand and with a weed puller for hours every week - I was losing the war against the weeds.I don't like using chemicals, but even a pretty natural-sounding lawn care website I was reading said sometimes it is a necessary evil to hit the reset button. After 3 years of trying my best, I eventually hired Green Drop this year and got their Beautiful Premium" package.I included before and after pictures with this review. The before was taken the day before the first application. The after was taken less than twelve hours after the first application. I almost felt sorry for the dandelions (keyword "almost"!) It was amazingly scary how fast they all withered and died!In no time at all

We used Green Drop this year for snow removal on our driveway and sidewalks while we were out of town. I received quotes from 3 other companies and Green Drop had the best price at the time while still offering all of the same services. The only service they did not advertise compared to another company we were considering was showing/sending update pictures of their work. It was a simple ask and they had no problems doing that for us which we were extremely grateful for!We were incredibly happy with the work that was done and the consistent communication that they provided us with by sending updated pictures to show how and when the areas were shovelled. This gave us peace of mind that the work had been done, and done properly while away from home.Our driveway and sidewalks were cleared down to the pavement and we received many compliments from neighbours and house sitters about the work that was done. We will definitely be using them again in the future and we have already signed up to try out their our lawn care services for the warmer months.

Agreed to a quote in February through email. In mid May I called to follow up as no service had been provided yet and they decided to not honor their agreement. Use a different, more reputable company. There's lots out there.

A fellow by the name of Kendal performed our aeration and over-seeding. He was polite and responsive. I pointed out some patches that needed extra TLC. Not only did he carefully over-seed those spots, he also contacted his boss and provided solutions that would solve it for good. Very professional service!

5 star service from Dylan. Resolved all lawn issues in an extremely thorough and professional manner.

Worst customer service ever! Whomever I spoke to on the phone was dismissive and couldn't have cared left. Gave me no information about procedures. Like, great! When is someone coming? What are they coming to do on the first visit? Treat the lawn or provide a quote? You said 5-7 days. Am I getting a call in 5-7 days to make sure I'm home or is someone just going to show up? I had so many questions that he couldn't have cared less about. When I tried to let him know he needs to provide people with more feedback, he hung up! I actually wondered if I had just given my number and address away to a scammer. When I called their manager, I got more bs and a promise of a call in 3 days because I had received such terrible service. It's been 7 days. Green Drop does not want my money. It clearly is not interested in customer service. I'd go with a different lawncare service if I were you.
