Had my ram Laramie Longhorn seats, steering wheel, and center console repaired.Let me tell you it was a big job, but they did such an amazing job of it you would think the interior was brand new! Highly recommended them!

It was from Calgary South that I had the identical problems with no response to multiple emails and calls. I even emailed their head office. It was disgraceful. My previous experience with the folks in Black Diamond was stellar but this experience turned me completely off. I see that there is no presence online for Fibrenew Calgary South any longer so I suspect the franchisee went under - no wonder! I just may give it a go with Calgary North and see if it's better.

Extremely happy and satisfied with Fibrenew. Not only do they do an amazing job, they 100% stand behind their work. Having blue leather furniture, its extremely hard to color match and they matched it perfectly. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

I called 3 seperate times and sent 3 seperate emails. I never received a single call back or response other than initial email notification that they would get back to me. Unbelievably unprofessional.... Was for leather repair to sofa. Go else where

We have used this Fibrenew Calgary NORTH ( not South) for over 10 years to repair our clinic exam beds. Craig is very friendly and does a great job. I highly recommend this company.

I had a discolored ivory leather couch which had something keep bleeding through the new dye when they came to repair it. They came back as many times as it took to get it right. Thanks!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. They are terrible at returning emails and you need to follow up with them multiple times.When we finally booked an appointment, they cancelled last minute the day of when I had already taken time off work for the appointment.** booked under my Husband's name and I can confirm this is with the Calgary location.
