Well after a long search it felt like we finally found the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. Michael is fab! Answered all the questions I had made sure I was getting a good deal and a warranty! I can’t wait to get it dropped off , thanks again Michael :)

Thank you for Dan Wensveen.My name is Sam Thomas and I’ve been actively searching for a vehicle for the past year and a half during this pandemic which to say the least wasn’t an easy feat. As obvious as it was for the most of us if not all, it was a struggle trying to find a vehicle, but an even bigger struggle getting assistance to find one.I’m a father of 1 and due to the pandemic I was unable to get a vehicle suitable for my family. Unfortunately at the present time my credit wasn’t strong enough to get a vehicle on my own and needed a co-signer to assist me in getting a vehicle. Fortunately I had my father in-law support me in that endeavour which made things much easier. Sadly I’ve tried multiple companies and wasn’t successful despite having a co-signer. What bothered me was the fact that I wasn’t able to get assistance from companies that specialize in my particular situation. ie: Bad credit.I’ve tried over and over again but was unsuccessful. There was one last company I applied to for assistance which was Canada Auto Approval. Throughout my constant search and failed results, I kept getting text messages from CAA representative Dan Wensveen. After applying to so many different companies and heard of many “promises” that yielded no results I was ready to throw in the towel.Each time I put my trust in a company to assist me with my situation I’d oddly enough receive a text message from Dan regarding if I could use his assistance to get help with getting a vehicle, and whilst contemplating whether I should accept his assistance or not I was still hoping another representative from another company was able to pull strings that weren’t there to be pulled. Nevertheless, despite my lack of response at the time, Dan was still always there asking me if he can be of any assistance.I’ve struggled for months with this thing I was too exhausted to try another. The last time Dan messaged me again I finally responded to let him know that I was no longer in the mood to continue my search for a vehicle because I’ve really giving up and lost all hope. Not a single company was able to do as they advertised.Dan told me that he would try his endeavoured best to change my experience with respects to my circumstances and previous attempts with other companies that “specialized” in bad credit. Did I believe he could do it? No. I was already too tired to continue down this road and wasn’t in the mood. However I had nothing to lose if I had tried again.To make a long story shorter, Dan was able to keep his promise in not only changing my experience, but he was able to turn what seemed like an impossible situation into a dream come true in a matter of days. I was approved, I made a request on what type of vehicle I wanted and Dan did literally EVERYTHING he possibly could to get me into the vehicle I’ve wanted and my family couldn’t be more happier. With an honest heart and genuine care for his fellow man, Dan truly helped my family and I’m grateful for him.Thank you so much Dan you’re an awesome individual and we can’t thank you enough. For all car needs, mother other person is more qualified than Mr. Dan Wensveen, he’ll get you everything you want, need, and then some. I recommend everyone and all to go to him for all car needs.Thanks again Dan! :)

Shant was amazing to work with. He did his best to make sure that we got what we wanted in the price that we need. He is very friendly and very helpful. This was our second car through them and both time we worked with Shant. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Dan made buying my 2016 dodge ram 1500 a breeze! It was my first time doing this online and I'll admit I was skeptical about it until he contacted me and made me feel very comfortable and confident! He worked very hard to get me an excellent rate considering my situation and I couldn't be happier! I must say, as soon as I was getting discouraged and ready to throw in the towel, Moe from Canada Auto Approval was able to assist me in finding the financing that was well within my budget. It can be difficult to get a lender to see past your financial mishaps and give you a chance. Through professional drive and persistence, Moe was able to put me in the front seat of a beautiful 2014 Honda civic. I highly recommend Canada Auto Approval, they gave me a chance and I am beyond grateful. These guys are top tier and all it takes is a phone call.

*** BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER ***I own a 2009 dodge Journey. Worst car ever, eats breaks and ball joints, something bad with the electrical only starts when it wants. We dropped $8,000 to try and repair this at the Dodge dealership and it is still broken… Time for a new car.Enter ‘Canada Auto Approval’ I had a challenging situation for Alan and Michael, I have a car that only starts when it wants and not so “Stellar” credit. Alan texted me on me on January 30th, 2020 as a follow up to an inquiry I made previously. “Am I still looking for a car”? he asked, I was straight and to the point in my reply “Sure am. But my credit sucks too bad to get one…I’ll be taking the bus soon enough”! Alan told me he did not want to see me taking the bus and he would see what he could do to get me into a vehicle. So, with much skepticism and a bunch of text messages Alan and I began to build a relationship. He worked super hard to find me a vehicle and then he pulled Michael in on the “project” as well and on February 3rd sent me pictures of a Dodge Journey they had found for me…, to which I politely declined, explaining my current situation and requested an import. I have had enough with our domestic North American vehicles! On February 4th when I was starting to give up hope Alan emailed pictures of a 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan with low kilometers and all the basic bells and whistles. We tossed around a co-signer and money down and finally Michael gave me a price no money down, no co-signer. I tossed it around a bit and discussed with my wife, we took a bit longer than needed as there were 6 deaths in our friends and family circle at this time. On February 8th my wife and I decided to go for it and “say yes to the Tiguan”! Monday morning before Alan even got to the office, he was texting me looking for the insurance papers. I added the Tiguan to our online insurance account and am expecting delivery of the vehicle on February 13th 2020 and in 10 months’ time I have the option of refinancing the vehicle at a lesser rate.
