Disaster Service, people waiting in the queue and staff busy with the their personal work, very limited service options, incomplete updates. I wish I can give them zero star. Worst experience in this place

Came here for the first time today and the staff were all very helpful. It was busy but the line moved very quickly. Friendly and helpful service and we will be using this location from now on! Special thank you to Corinne!

It’s shocking how they treat people here! Extremely rude and not helpful in the least. Thought I would give the business and support local what a mistake!! Felt like they actually enjoyed being this way to people. Heading to Crowfoot where they at least treat me respectfully!

This place will do the absolute bare minimum every time and the staff usually have awful attitudes. A business that only exists because people dont have any other choice unless they can go to Calgary. I have been to several registries in Calgary now and I believe they all have better service than this place.

Went in for a license renewal and again to register a business, and both times were great! Next to no wait time at 12:30pm on a Wednesday is unheard of, and the ladies were kind and knowledgeable. Thanks for the great service!

This place is a dumpster fire, rather pay $100 to Uber it to crowfoot than this self-sabotaging hot mess. There’s a lady still there that will do everything possible to avoid paperwork whatsoever. I got denied in less than 5 minutes without any clear or logical explanation. If you HAVE to go there, make sure you thoroughly know the process required and stand your ground. Odds are you’ll know far more than that Karen. Even ask for someone else to deal with your registry needs. Or even go to crowfoot to save the hassle. All in all, there’s somebody there that will make sure to reject any requests just to make sure she has an easy work day. Would rate it 0 stars if I could and report this somewhere instead of falling for her lies on a goose chase for critical documents. I hope that specific lady gets purged from doing any kind of government work one of these days. She has no idea the grief she has caused me.

Used to live in Cochrane and went to this registry every year for my vehicle registration renewal. Service was okay for the most part. Yet, just recently I called them to ask about my vehicle registration, which I paid for online from Calgary (where I live now).I asked if they could send me a digital copy, but said that wasn't possible (for some reason? The person never explained as to why) and had to physically MAIL me a copy instead. I work long hours and have very little time to drive 45 freaking minutes there and back to pick up a slip of paper that could otherwise be sent to my email address. And why not? I paid $93 dollars for it already!At the very least, the person removed my name from that registry at my request. Going to do all this stuff online now, thanks for nothing Cochrane Plates Licensing & Registries.

I visited Cochrane Registry for the first time this afternoon. It was busy, standing room only. The 4 clerks were busy and attentive to their clents. The number dispenser to track next in line worked well (don't forget to pull yours). My number was called in turn and I received pleasant and informative service. Thank you. I will go back.

Had a decent experience coming in to renew the car registration and ID’s. It’s a very small location with a small parking lot. The staff are okay, not super friendly but they get the job done in a timely manner.
