Sung Lee TaeKwonDo

Good while it lasted... It was a great experience, but after a while it became too repetitive and it feels like they're only in it for the money. The tournaments all cost money, the tests do, and while this makes sense it's simply not as fun as it was before. I'm planning on quitting but according on the reviews here that might not be possible. What type of organization forces their students/parents of students to continue paying once they've lost interest? Not going to recommend for the long term but as a quick 1 year experience it was good.

My son started classes at Sung Lee Taekwondo almost six years ago when he was four years old. He has learned about commitment, respect, focus, and grit. Michelle Ma'am, the rest of the staff, and the other students have contributed so positively to my son's character development and physical fitness.

Alert: According to Better Business Bureau, Sunglee Taekwondo rating is C+. Be careful in signing any contract as they don't have any written cancellation policy and it will be very difficult to get out of the contract without paying additional money.Update: Please comment about your cancellation policy. Sung Lee Taekwondo helps lots of students to learn about respect and discipline. All instrustors always try their best to make you stronger physically and mentally. Coming to Taekwondo made me realize how much of a difference it has on my life it helps me be more confident and stronger than I was before I joined. My Assistant Master Michelle Ma'am has helped me see that I can so much more confident and stronger, she is so positive and supports you no matter what and has helped me push through to where I am now. Taekwondo is life changing and recommend it to everyone.

Sung Lee Taekwondo is the best available taekwondo out there. All of the senior belts out there push you to be the best possible you. Through out my time so far at this school, I have met many people and made many friends. I have learned about discipline and respect as well as meeting new friends for a lifetime! Would 100% recommend this school for any young kids all the way until adults looking for a challenge!

My son started when he is four year old and love to be in class. He has been with Sung Lee for three years. Great instructors and staffs. Espically during this chanellge times, they did so much to contribute a safe and good learning envrionment for all students.

Alert: think twice before signing a contract. No matter what they say, there will be no option to break the contract (except if you moving outside the city). The instructors are nice, and it is good for a short period. Don't commit for a long period as chances are that your child will lose interest after that.

Coming to Sung Lee Taekwondo and learning martial arts has been a major changing point in my life. The before and after is drastically different as you come out more disciplined, respectful, loyal, and even more hardworking. The instructors and students around you are considered as family, your brothers and sisters. They push you hard in your training so you all can grow stronger together. All of the instructors are extremely hard workers who are, in my opinion, are not given enough credit. They are some of the most amazing people to know not just for taekwondo but even for everyday life. I strongly suggest you come and join as you won’t be disappointed.
