I ordered 2 - 1 gallon cans of Beyond Paint for shipping to Alberta. I was initially hesitant to order paint online out of concern that it would arrive in a mess, but the employees at Kent packaged the paint extremely securely, and the paint arrived intact. Great prices as well.

I went in to buy some tiles for my bathroom renovation. Kent doesn't have a great selection, so I'm taking my time deciding what I want to use, as I have to live with my decision for many years to come. I then noticed an employee standing at the end of the aisle looking at me out of the corner of his eye. He doesn't ask me if I need assistance, he just stands there, eyeing me. I'm trying to decide which tiles I want to use, but I started to feel a little uncomfortable. So I walk to the next aisle to see if he's actually eyeing me or I'm just being silly. He also walks to the next aisle and just stands there, eyeing me surreptitiously. So I walked up to him and asked him why he's shadowing me. He says he's not, but he's clearly lying. So, my great tile caper being foiled, I left. Thanks Kent for making me feel so uncomfortable, otherwise I wouldn't have found out about Ritchie's Flooring Warehouse.

Sketchy, was there yesterday and saw 20+ staff and it took 15 minutes to pay. All vomputers were down so staff tagged along as u shopped writing down codes and prices. Tally done on a calculator. Hand written receipts!I would assume they were being hacked.

The Riverview location is convenient, well-stocked, with a friendly helpful staff.

Ordered some items online. Site said we would be contacted the next day. We were not. I phoned the following day. They said it would come that day. It didn't. While I will look forward to appreciating the kind and apologetic remarks of the Irvings' social media team, I would prefer they invest in properly resourcing their delivery side. Will go to Home Depot in the future - half the delivery cost for next day delivery.
