We purchased, with installation, a Fujitsu Heat Pump from one of Master Group's Distributor/Contractor - D. Gillis Ventilation & A.C. in Pt. Hawkesbury, N.S. After a couple of weeks operating (less & less heat), we called Gillis. For a lot of reasons given, he finally appeared over 6 weeks later (Jan. 30th), spent 6 hrs. on the unit (don't know why it took that long when he knew there was refrigerant leaking), it was finally repaired (SO WE THOUGHT). Mr. Gillis will not answer his phone or email requests; the Master Group says it isn't their problem and we have been waiting for a response/action from Fujitsu in New Jersey. My first recommendation is to drop Mr. Gillis from their list & my second recommendation is for the Master Group to step up & take some responsibility since the units came from their stock and Gillis represented that he was affiliated with the Master Group.

Had a ducted Moovair system installed in September it stopped working in February and it has now been 3 weeks waiting on parts. I have been running the system on ‘‘em heat” which has doubled my electricity bills. Master Group, the wholesaler takes not responsibility for their product. I would not recommend Moovair products or Master Group.

I bought a brand new Fujitsu heat pump from Masters, not even two years old and the condenser went in it.I was told that I had to pay for the total repair including labour and I would be reimbursed approx 4 weeks after the qualified technician returned the parts to Masters.After a year! I got a cheque that did not even cover the cost of the part let alone any of the labour.I will never ever have another Fujitsu heat pump or deal with these guys!True story,,,
