I'm about to board an airplane for a three week vacation in Europe knowing that things will be fine without me. Expenses are down and profits are up. MIRA has been able to benefit greatly from John Cameron and his Rock Solid program. Specifically the CAM and Johns overall coaching and advice. As an owner, I feel that the CAM has greatly reduced my input time to the business especially when turnover occurs. I now have the ability to utilize my team better to onboard new people which saves me much time. Medium Term I am looking to hire someone to do my role as Sales Manager and I can much better see how this new level of management will fit in. It has greatly reduced my anxiety over handing off this role to a new person.The CAM overall was hugely beneficial during COVID. We thankfully only had to do two layoffs overall. During that time with the CAM two things happened:(1) Much greater ease of moving the tasks to current people due to the CAM. They were able to take these on quickly with minimal input from Supervisor.(2) Over the course of 2020 and 2021, we realized that we did not need to re-hire the roles we laid off. We discovered that the new distribution worked more efficiently. Our volume is now nearly double what it was in 2020 and we have only had to hire one part timer to help. In raw dollars the savings in overhead is in the six figures. This is REAL WORLD savings and benefits from Johns coaching, his programs and the CAM.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
