The ATMs are only available when the branch is opened. Wasted my time driving there. Saw many other people come by to discover the same issue.

The ATM only functions during the branch hours & is not available 24 hours. Wasted my time driving here.

Only one ATM working of 4 and that also does not accept cash deposits.. while it says open 24 hours...the other location at Bayly and Hwrdwood also said open 24 hours but its closed and sign says ATM only accessible during bank hours.. its a shame that bank as big as TD who is minting money and keeps adding new fees on us every day is cutting down seevices.. i will move all of my accounts to other bank

I found out today that the reviews previously posted are an accurate representation of the level of service offered at this branch. I'm not a current customer but I called to get some information on a mortgage. Last week I spoke with someone who was polite but lacked the knowledge, experience and confidence that I would expect when making such a huge decision as obtaining a mortgage. I called today and spoke to a more experienced" person but she seemed to have very little interest in providing a positive
