OYC Hall

Rented this space for my daughter's sweet 16th party. The hall is great equipped with latest stuff to make parties more colorful and lively. Joseph is very nice & accommodating person, he treated us very well. I highly recommend this space for small parties.

We have been booking OYC Hall for our events from the last 2 and half years!!! I am glad that my sister in law referred this hall to me after she had booked with them years ago. They have treated us not only like customers but like family. Very professional, they help even till the last minute if there is anything else needed or last minute changes; they are available and quick to help! We have only enjoyed our time and had the best parties at this hall. Great people to work with, very understand and helpful!Any family event happens we book this hall. Not only because the business owners are sweet and amazing but also because it's a very clean and very spacious hall.Super happy we found them!!!!I will recommend OYC Hall to every single person that ever needs a place to make great memories with family and friends! ❤️

I rented this hall for my company's end of year celebrations, from the moment my team and I stepped into the space it was an amazing experience. The hall is a family owned and operated business and almost every member had a part to play to ensure our event went SMOOTHLY! and our event definitely did!! BIG THANK YOU to Joseph, his wife and two sons! We will be back and will definitely recommend others to the event space.

I hosted a bridal shower at the banquet hall. Excellent Owners and service. I needed assistance during my event and the owners were only a phone call away and stayed to assist me further. Very well mannered sons who go the extra mile always. I will definitely continue to use this establishment.

Charles and Grace are both very professional and easy to work with honest and trustworthy our event was amazing this place is absolutely beautiful and I am glad I found it! Great hall. Nice modern space that fits small parties and has space for your own decor. Would recommend the hall! It's perfect for a baby shower, birthday party, or small wedding event.

Nice space to have functions. This place has a small pantry, clean toilets, and good space for an event. No complaints.

We had our daughter's 7th birthday banquet lunch at this hall, and we were very pleased with our experience from start to finish. Joseph and Grace were extremely pleasant to deal with through the entire process. Great rates and beautiful establishment with new equipment and renovated facility. We will definitely host future venues here in the near future. I highly recommend this hall to those looking for a clean, private atmosphere with friendly and professional management.

I genuinely wish this was a 5 star review. I'll be honest, the owner's are kind people, and the hall is nice. We were VERY excited to have our engagement party at OYC hall- Which is why I ended up booking with them even after all of the red flags. My fiance and I went to see the place and although the process was unorganized we decided to give it a chance. We were told multiple times that the date we wanted was 100% available and we were good to go. We signed papers AND paid the deposit on the spot. Fast forward 3 and a half weeks later... we decide to call them just to ask a simple question regarding tablecloths. They start calling us by someone else's name who has apparently booked for the same day as well. We have been booked at this place for weeks and apparently this other person has been booked since February.... This meaning that they double booked the day and WE ended up getting canceled on. Imagine we didn't give them a call?! We would have shown up to someone else's event at the time of ours! This has been the biggest inconvenience as we have sent out our invitations to all guests and prepared everything according to this hall. Now we are at risk of not having our engagement party at all due to not being able to find another hall for the same day so last minute. I understand mistakes happen but this was a mistake that we had to catch on our own and would have resulted in a very upsetting day if we didn't. Do yourself a favour and spend the extra $$ to book with a more professional and organized hall.UPDATE: Owner responded saying without a signature the hall wasn't booked... yet I received a photocopied package of forms SIGNED and DATED by her the second I sent my deposit that day. You're clearly not following your own hall policy.

From the first meeting to booking my event to the end, the staff at OYC has provided exemplary service and professionalism. They were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this quaint and stunning venue to host your private events. You will not be disappointed as the hall is very spacious and accommodating with a modern look just enough to add that extra glam in uplifting your event. I strongly suggest to book this venue to make your event more memorable!
