We confirmed trip to calgrey from the rock hotel in banff We showed driver name of hotel we were going to and he said ok. After letting everyone else off the bus the driver said he doesn’t go to our hotel and for us to get off the bus. He left us in a strange city looking for a taxi.Also for most of the drive the driver was in conversation with a man sitting in the front seat. I think this is safety problem Driver should pat attension to the roadIf this is how you treat your customers shame
