My elderly mother who cannot speak English well had a minor fender bender. I only had the two weeks I was in the country to deal with all the issues that the elderly have. One of which was dealing with repair and insurance of her vehicle.After we initiated the ICBC claim, they took care of everything. From the whole insurance process and repair. They even dropped off and picked my mother up from her home. Friends have checked the car and they reassured me that everything looks great.My mother cannot express her thankfulness at the kindness expressed by this shop. I can't express the relief in finding a place that you can rely on when your elderly parents are in need, even from overseas.

Above and beyond. That’s how I would title this review. The Team at the Cloverdale location were great to deal with. They understood that as a Contractor I need my vehicle for work so they worked with me and my schedule so that I was the least inconvenienced as possible. Also, the quality of work was top notch. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

I had gotten into an accident near Boyd and left my car there in hopes they could fit time in to fix it. Despite being obviously very busy, they were able to accomodate and fix my car very quickly. They were also very communicative throughout the process and super helpful, I felt very well taken care of!

When I recently had my catalytic converter stolen from my vehicle, Boyd was the only place who agreed to take my vehicle in on short notice. The service I was received from them was top notch! They were very friendly and helpful and did everything they could to try to get me into a rental car and keep be apprised of my repairs. Best of all, my car was fixed much quicker than anticipated! I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again should I require their services. Kudos to all the staff for top notch customer service, prompt and courteous service and doing all they could for me!

My Mazda was rear-ended and had some minor damage so I took it Boyd to get it repaired. Gillian was very helpful and kept me updated during the process. I was provided with a clean courtesy car and my car was detailed in and out when I got it back. Great service all in all!

I am just thrilled with the top level customer service provided by Gillian, Jeff and the team at this Boyd location! The information they provided, along with transparency and consistent communication, is unheard of in the automotive industry for the most part. My catalytic converter was stolen from my car and they were so helpful and informative, and once the claim was approved by Icbc they had my car back on the road within just a couple of days. I couldn't have asked for better service, highly recommend!

Looking for a glass repair place close to home. Totally forgot Boyd location in cloverdale dropped them a email. They responded promptly and made a same day appointment.Got my car car in and chip repair completed in record time.Unfortunately when I got home I noticed flakes stuck to the window. And the chip repair had a raised bump. That I had to scrap myself to level. Disappointed to say the least if this is the level of quality

Came here to get a rock chip crack repaired. The team here made the process seamless. They were able to take me in the same day and the service took less than an hour. I am super happy with the results. The team here is great and super personable. They made the time I was waiting for my vehicle fly by! They made me feel at home and like family with the great conversations we had. You can really tell they’re good people and care for their customers. Thanks guys :)

I was super impressed with the customer service at this location! I got into a minor car accident with my car and as a newer driver dealing with ICBC for the first time, the support and kindness provided by Jeff and Gillian were very appreciated. Not to mention, they went above and beyond with repairs (repainted and buffed out pre-existing scratches on the car body from my previous car owner) and everything was done with quality and care. The team also did thorough interior detailing which was a nice surprise. Would highly recommend going to this location with your car needs. Thanks again!

Great service and very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Our autobody repair was completed in a reasonable time and the quality of the work was top notch. A loaner vehicle was provided as well and the process with the insurance claim was seamless.
