Fairfield Animal Hospital

What can I say about Fairfield animal Hospital? They saved my Little dog Nico. I think we’re lucky to have a 24 hour vet clinic. I drove an hour and 20 minutes to bring my pet here after a vicious coyote attack. I could not have asked for anything more. The staff was compassionate, polite, and very professional. Highly competent. I read a lot of reviews that say they’re just about the money but that is not my experience. Do they charge? Of course they do. But what I got back was far more than what I paid. Words cannot express how grateful I am to this team. I would give 6 stars if possible.Update. Mr Tesla has been home for a while and making a great recovery. Thank you again to the team at Fairfield.

Honestly would’ve rather to not even taken my cat here at all. 1/10 experience. For starters, the staff at the front desk were rude & snarky when I asked a simple question. Upon my cats arrival they didn’t even have a proper look at her, just a quick peek through her cat carrier and asked us to sit and wait, We waited 3 hours before seeing a vet. The staff were unprofessional, rude & didn’t seem to care at all. Bad vibes in this place for sure, didn’t trust the staff. This place is also a money grab, wanted $800-$900 for blood work and X-rays when my usual vet charges $300-$400. Such a waste of time, money & a huge disappointment. My cat passed away the next day.

Excellent care taken by the entire staff from front desk to the veterinarian.Initial exam fee is what you would expect for urgent care, but your pets health is worth so much more.I can now relax knowing my dog is ok, and well taken care of. I feel better after taking my dog here.Also super efficient and quick, but very thorough care/exam.I highly recommend Fairfield Animal Hospital, and thank them for taking care of my dog.

If you're facing the hard to decision of deciding thats it time for your pet. I would strongly suggest making efforts to make sure it's done elsewhere if you want to better make sure its as peaceful and painless as possible. We wernt as lucky, our vet was closed for 5 days for the long weekend. And fairfield is the only 24/7 that was within reachAn already stressful situation was made much much worse when the intravenous catheter to make the injections painless for our dog was improperly inserted, not once, but twice. By this point it was impossible for our dog to relax. All she knew was she was in a room she's never been in being poked with needles by a stranger shes never met who seemed like she really didnt know what she was doing.She passed away scared and confused. I can't express in words how this has affected us.I understand mistake's happen. But this is something you truly don't want to be botched. Do what's best for your pet. But please don't take them here for that.

It’s immediately apparent that the staff are animal lovers and deeply passionate about their jobs here. We had an emergency with our dog and they provided quick help over the phone, got our dog in right away based on her situation, and kept her overnight just to ensure she’d be okay.Staff kept me up to date while at the clinic and provided updates any time I requested alongside calling me as well. I want to thank everyone at Fairfield for what you do, you are all very appreciated.

We had an absolutely terrible day and lost a family member, but from start to finish (3am - 5pm), everyone involved at Fairfield was amazing. Kind, warm, gentle, and did everything they could to ease the burden. Not something you ever want to have to go through, but I can't imagine it being handled in a better way. Nothing but appreciation from my wife and myself.

The staff at Fairfield are phenomenal. We had to bring our puppy in unexpectedly and we were blown away by how kind, empathetic and friendly all of the staff we encountered were. Dr. Watt was fantastic and informative. We were seen promptly, communication was clear and we were kept in the loop throughout our visit. It is scary as a first time puppy owner to have to bring your dog in unexpectedly but they were incredible and very understanding. We (as well as our puppy) are grateful for their care and expertise! Last weekend I had to take my cat in since she wasn't eating. My usual vet didn't have the time for her, but they recommended this vet to me and I can see why. Domino is not always the easiest cat to deal with, but they were so patient with her. They kept us updated every step of the way, and everyone there was just so kind and understanding as I was afraid Domino might not come home. But she's home now, and feeling better than ever. She wasn't even cranky that evening like she usually would be after a long day at the vet. She must have liked the people taking care of her. Thank you for everything, Fairfield!

We had an emergency situation with our 16 year old kitty. The staff was amazing, and the doctor exfoliating everything to us thoroughly and with strong, calm energy. They all worked to make a sad situation the best possible. We are so grateful for all they did for us and for our sweet boy! Highly recommend.

We have taken every pet to Fairfield we have ever owned. They are a trusted medical team for any question, emergency or procedure we have ever needed them for. The staff are warm, professional and compassionate and we know our fur-babies are in good hands no matter what the time, hour or need. We love Fairfield!
