When I went to pick up my taxes I asked for a discount since I was on disability.. the woman said no problem and I paid what she asked for and told her how much I appreciated it..the next year went I wanted to get my taxes prepared with her she told me to go f---" myself and when I asked her why she said she was not happy that I had asked for a discount.. why didnt she tell me that last year..how unprofessionaland insulting.. is this whatTotal disregard for respect and very unprofessional think twice before dealing here if you want to be humiliated"
