They're often out of stuff to sell..doughnuts, soups, or ingredients to make sandwiches. Very disappointing

In what kind of law Tim hortons employer want to have acces into my medical files? I have exemption of mask and they ask me to provide documents on this fact lol. Making two wraps about 20 minutes…. I know people in QC are lazy but this ? Ridiculous

This is the second time I go to a Tim Hortons listed as opened 24h and both were closed. Not only that... The second Tim Hortons took my on-line order and charged my card even though I was closed.

Ordered a yogurt at 10h30 am. Not 1 single car behind me, i get to the window the lady tries to give me a large coffee, i tell her that i had ordered a vanilla yogurt and proceeded to ask the lady if i could add a chicken soup with my yogurt, she told me that she could not add an item to my order since i was at the window and that i would have to circle around and replace my order... THERE NO F_ING CARS BEHIND ME I AM ALONE!!!!! She then ask her team lead or supervisor named Nadia (almost had to yell to get her damn name) and she says that i cant get the soup. i Told them to cancel the yogurt and even if i work next door i will never go back to that stupid restaurant. They are CLEARLY more preoccupied by their speed stats then customer satisfaction or making more money for that mater.

Had to walk out because they were once again ignoring people who come in in person in preference of lazy people in their cars.... Can't explain to you how insulting it is to see five cars zoomed by before they'll even acknowledge your presence. Not to mention the ladies screaming that there's no bacon and every table is filthy and it's not even 10:00 a.m....
