Chrystal Clean Laundromat

Place is ok. Always busy but why I am trying other places is simply tired of the cleaning lady telling me what I can and can't put in a washer. Why do I need to use a extra large washer to wash a pair of sheets.

I rarely have a need to visit a laundromat but my washer died and wasn’t left with any alternatives. While the machines were a bit dated and a number were out of order, I found Chrystal Clean Laundromat to be clean and reasonably priced and there were more than enough working machines on a Saturday afternoon without anyone having to wait for a machine.

Very good place ,clean and have a wash room specially if you be there for more than 1 hour

My clothes smell like pee after I use the washer machine.

The laundromat is fairly clean and the machines work well. I just wish that the owners would clean the spot where the detergent goes in the machine. It's really built up and I don't want someone else's product entering my load.Going to change this review. Today when I came in the detergent dispensers had been cleaned. I must have caught them on a bad day before.

They still have top loading machines that actually wash ! Yes ! They use water and do not charge you an arm and a leg for washing and drying your clothes . They also have giant fans for the very hot summer days , a washroom , candy machines and several chairs for waiting .Best of all laundromats that I have tried in Sarnia .

Place was clean. Some newer washers on-site. Large capacity washers are $3.50 a load and normal washers are $2.50 a load.Parking is a little difficult.A few spots outfront, can park at car wash which is right beside. Overall a decent laundromatHas typical change machine, watch put it shoots your change on the floor!! Has limited vending machine.

It's clean if you help keep it clean. The washers are cheap and dryers are cheap as well. Some washers and dryers were out of service and that was a bummer. I always choose this laundry mat and I recommend to friends and family.

Always super clean machines, floors and bathroom. Machines are kept in great repair. There is usually someone on site and always someone available to call. Change machine on site (2 actually). Snacks and drinks available from vending machines. Very friendly workers. Great value for your $!! Highly recommend this place to anyone in Sarnia area. I was super sad when we moved to Corunna and it was not longer feasible to use this Laundromat. Still go when it's convenient tho. Super super busy place. Sometimes you have to be patient and wait but it's worth it!

I would have gave 4 stars, but the lady who cleans there is rude unprofessional and unpleasant. With a large family with kids, we have a lot of laundry to wash. I went and did bedding, my kids clothes and their winter jackets and I was treated like a low life. Was made fun of so doing my laundry “once a month” (when I do it weekly). Was also being rushed to hurry up and empty out the machines we were using when I was standing there waiting for the machine to stop and unlock the door. I have disabilities and was told older people are faster at unloading and loading the machines. She made all these remarks towards me and towards her group of friends who was also doing laundry and taking their time. Would not recommend going if she is there.
