Nova Dry Basement Systems

We used Nova Dry Basement Systems to do a partial basement waterproofing in our 100-year old home. We were very pleased with the final result. The work was started and finished on time. The workers explained the process and showed us the work as it was progressing. When job was done they cleaned up all the mess and left us with a finished basement. Would highly recommend.

I had a crack around the perimeter of my family room. The sales person advised to use the wrong product for my type of floor and would cost a lot more, this was picked up corrected by the technician that did the job. They put in some expandable product, let it dry overnight, scrape it off. I had to put my hot water baseboards back together and clean up. This cost 3100.00. If i had access to this product at Home Depot I could have saved a lot of money and aggravation,

We had a basement slab removed and new floor was put down. We had to dig into bed rock and have new footings installed in a 90 year old home. We were very impressed with Michael and his team and the results are great. Very communicative and we would definitely recommend working with them, as we would not hesitate in using Nova Dry again!

Price gougers, wanted to charge me an extra 1000.00 for parts and labour for a 300.00 sump which they already had to dig out. I told them to pack up there stuff and charge me for a half day. But quickly said that he misunderstood his workers and didn't charge me. They put a clean out where the back to the tub was going. Leaked the first rain storm, from the crack in the foundation that wasn't in the quote which was the cause of the water coming into the basement in the first place. Then wanted to charge me 550.00 each for the two cracks that i assumed was covered in the most expensive quote. But i was getting a deal because they usually charge 759.00 per crack When the workers were there they showed me a video of water flowing out of the toilet when the pump started. That would of been nice to know. But the best was the window screen that i founded behind the wall where they were working. Had to get another company to come in and fix the orignal problem.That gave me a less expensive quote to do the drain and fix the cracks in the first place.maybe thats why they could of done it rigjt away.

My first contact was with Mike the owner who assessed the situation and gave me a very fair estimate .Mike appeared to be very knowledgable and experienced which made me feel very comfortable with the work that needed to be carried out.The technicians that carried out the work a couple days later paralleled Mike in every way! I would highly recommend them to anybody that requires concrete repairs.

Michael and his team were amazing. There were no surprises! They explained everything that needed to be done and why, they stayed on the timeline they quoted and the final result looks wonderful.
