I don't often drop remarks , but this time i am unable to refrain from it due to the level of service , acknowledgement and value I've received in doing business with Sound insurance . very unethical services provided. they do not keep their word. This is my first insurance experience in Canada. I have lived in many countries but never experienced this kinda unprofessional service by the broker. they call up and keep in touch with the customer till they get the business but you cant find reach them on the phone if you have an issue. very irresponsive and unethical service provider. please get the quotes in writing before sign the papers.
