All Access Taxi

Excellent service, friendly and courteous. On time for our pick up to the game and with a text message was back to take us home. There were 4 of use and we had room for 6 people.

Way better than duffys or unicity.

A month or so ago, I was riding to my Dr appointment (in my wheelchair) and my lap blanket got caught in the axels of my wheelchair as I was crossing the street. I was downtown and several people stopped to help me as I am an arm amputee, as well. Unfortunately, no one could get the blanket out.It was really stuck and my wheels could barely moved.I called All cess Taxi and the dispatcher came with scissors and by himself, he lifted my 250 lb wheelchair off the ground, and cut the blanket off from the axels.He fixed my wheelchair.He did this free of charge.I am very greatful that the employees at All Access have sincere and genuine hearts.They are my heroesEaster Mousseau

I wouldn't even give this company one star as that would be too generous:-45 minute wait during the middle of the day not a busy period.-driver would not take credit card even though the company gives them visa machines. I even called the dispatcher and they were not useful whatsoever, instead of handling the situation the response was 'you don't have any cash sir?'-I had to go pull out cash from a debit machine and the driver tried to charge me an additional $3 for the time it took!Hands down the worst experience I've ever had in a taxi in my life. Uber cannot come soon enough to Winnipeg.

Polite dispatch, honest about wait time. Taxi was clean and warm. I'd highly recommend this company for women. Respectful and safe.

Our driver was off at 8pm but can't and helped us get home passed 12:30am because we were left stranded by the bus. He didn't even ask us for the full fare cost. He was so kind of amazing.

Called at 9 am to book a wheelchair taxi for my sister. The call went to someone's personal voicemail and the mailbox was full. This wasn't the first issue either. They advertise 24/7 taxi service but at 3 am they had no taxis on the road.

Best experience my father and I have had with wheelchair cab service. Wheelchair access is in demand. Our driver was on time and a very good driver. He was kind and professional.

We had a pre planned wheelchair van ride across the city for me and my son who has developmental delay and dementia. He was very distressed and shouted or cried the whole ride. Our driver was so kind and compassionate and reassuring to me. I called the company and gave him a good review. The dispatcher was also very kind and compassionate.

I called for a taxi, they said that they would send one. 20 minutes later I call back to ask for confirmation on my taxi. They said that one was sent and then hung up on me when I wanted to ask for a rough estimate of time. Then I waited 1h10 minutes for a taxi, then used my last few percentages of my battery to call them just to learn that my taxi was non-existant (there was no taxi in the area). I wasted 1h30 of my life waiting for nothing. Was my first and last time calling for a taxi. Dont get yourself fooled by the 3.3 stars average like I did.
