Jaclynn was very professional as she assessed my situation. I was moving my Dad into elder care during covid. Adding to the issues, I reside in the USA, so none of the banking was easy! Karla helped me pack up and prepare for the movers. She was fast and proficient while we worked together. She also taught me some tricks for the packing. Finally, she took care of selling things that my family didn't want to keep. I can't say enough about The Happy Nest and their abilities.

My husband and I are USA citizens and recently sold our home in Victoria but because of COVID-19 we were not able to enter the country to pack or move our possessions. Jaclynn and team were AMAZING!! She handled every detail of this event and we were able to sort what we wanted to have shipped via zoom teleconferencing in less the a day and a half. She also removed all other items, performed a professional cleaning and supervised the packing and loading of our belongings. I have only positive things to say about The Happy Nest!! A total 5 STARS experience.

We hired The Happy Nest to assist with my Mother's move from a two bedroom home to an independent living building. Karla did an absolutely amazing job in helping my Mom choose the furniture that would fit in her new home. Most importantly she helped her navigate the emotions of leaving some things behind. I am struggling for words to describe how essential Happy Nest has been for my survival since I moved to Greater Victoria. I was in need of sorting through my mom’s lifetime of belongings. It was hard to realize our Aunt could no longer stay in her in apartment but the enormous task of moving her was accomplished by the professionalism of the Happy Nest.
