The ladies working at the store were super friendly and helpful. They even helped me with purchasing the best litter box I've ever owned - I have a cat how likes to dig to the center of the earth and this nice, big and tall unit was just perfect! - Thank you guys <3

I buy the worlds best litter by Jackson Galaxy. Haven’t found it anywhere else but here. It’s the best litter I’ve ever tried. Lots of great litter selections. Staff are always welcoming, kind and reasonable

Truly outstanding facility that despite my relatively few visits, continues to remember my name when I walk in the store! Excellent enthusiastic people here, and a very great selection of product. If they don't have what you need, they will look into bringing it in for you - nice service! Highly recommended.

I came in looking for a very specific cat food and very specific litter after moving to Canada from the US. They had my litter already in stock but I had no luck with the cat food. However, the store staff person who came to assist myself and my husband was very helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did this individual *not* just say we don't carry that

We recently went to Global Pet Foods in search of a low far food for our 9 LB Havanese. The associate asked right away if our dog had been diagnosed with gastroenteritis or pancreatic issues. We were amazed at the knowledge on medical issues and diets recommended by our vet. He immediately handed the food to my husband that is recommended by a local animal hospital. We have our lil guy on the new food and he's doing very well. Thanks Global, you took the guesswork away from us!
