Unfortunately my Helix 7 needed to be sent in twice for warranty work. George Bishop was amazing to deal with. Service is quick, he answers email within 24 hours, and is very fair. He didn't have parts for my unit in stock so he used parts from a demo so I could get my unit back sooner. Thank you George and Bay Distributors!

I recently bought a strike master electric auger, and had a problem with the battery. I contacted the company and got help immediately. the staff was very fast in replying back and very respectful. great customer service. and awesome experience. no issues at all definitely would recommend.

I had a handle on my 40V Strikemaster break and Bay Distributors reached out to help. I dealt with George and I recieved nothing but phenomenal service. I was hesitant about the down time as he requested that I send away the whole power head to fix it. I mailed it away from NWO and George let me know when it arrived for repair. I explained that I was fishing the Wawa Derby the following week and he made sure to have the power head fixed and shipped out next day - on top of that, he mailed it to an address in Wawa so I could retrieve it when I showed up for the Derby. Excellence in service. I am beyond impressed.

If I can give extra stars I would. George goes above and beyond! Very knowledgeable and stands behind his product. Takes customer service to the next level. I live in the GTA and unfortunately, many business take your money and gone is any service and support. I plan on getting all my electronics and boating needs via George and Bay Distributors! 5 stars ++ > had an issue with an older humminbird nav unit and sent it in for repair. From initial contact with George who repaired it to being contacted that it was repaired, I could not have been more impressed. Quick turnaround, excellent repair, reasonable price and best of all very personable and pleasant people to deal with. A model of what customer service can be and from what I hear and see has been going on for some time. Great work !

Had my helix 5 sent in for repair. They knew what was wrong with it just from my description over the phone. Price was fair. They were backlogged with work but I received my fish finder back shortly after they started working on it. Excellent service.

Our YachtClub (Easy Hauler) trailer looks and works great! Great welds, paint and materials. No compromising. I did have have a few minor concerns and needed some minor adjustments and mods for my 22 foot tritoon trailer. The guys at the shop took great care of my concerns and in no time! They also explained a few things I should be aware to use the trailer more efficiently! Thanks again Bay Distributors!

I needed my Minn Kota trolling motor tuned up for this years fishing and they nailed it! It is an older unit, they put in a new mother board, and co pilot unit with wireless foot pedal. I can hardly wait till summer! They also had a great selection of ice augers, 6 and 8 inch manual, and I believe 6 and 8 inch manual with a drill attachment gas and electric units. The prices are really good, check em out!

Great service the girls and gorge are very easy to deal with they are always smiling and try and help anyway they can. I highly recommend bay distributors, I have had a few minnkota and humminbird issues and service was fast and relatively cheap.
