I had a great shopping experience right before lockdown. The ladies were great at helping my find the right Birks so I'd have them for Spring. Our whole family enjoys the selection and service at Quarks.

I bought a pair of blundstones on Saturday Feb 19th from a really lovely sales associate. She was very helpful, they only had one size in the colour I wanted. The sales associate brought out another colour in a different size so I could compare fit. Luckily the pair in the colour I wanted were the right ones! I'm breaking them in now and she was 100% right on the sizing. Great store!

Went in to look for blundstones for my daughter. Two girls working, standing behind the counter discussing boys. Neither of them looked up or even said hello, so I left. Not very professional, and I ended up buying her shoes at Soft Moc. I won't be returning. Very dissapointing.

Shopped here for the first time, absolutely amazing customer service! The ladies that work there are so helpful and very welcoming It was a great atmosphere to be in and would shop there again. They really know their stuff and go beyond when trying to help you find the right shoe. I highly recommend shopping here :)

First time shopping with Quarks and was satisfied with the service. Shopped online and the order came on time (if not a day ahead of time) and it even had a small, but unique, touch in the package and to me it was very thoughtful as a customer.The shoes were great too. Definitely would shop again.

Very good range of models and assortment, but I had a feeling that sales ladies were waiting for me to leave as soon as possible :-)))))) May be that is becasue I tried on 3 pairs and didnt buy anything?

I got a fantastic Skechers D'lux Walker at great price at QUACKS shop in Sudbury Mall.I saw more quality ones i will return to get. Check the Sudbury Store.
