Very nice people, very fair price. Noted they are not the cheapest in this business. BUT! trust me, you don't want the cheap priced company do your countertop works. For your garden, by all means get the cheapest gardener. For your countertop, don't cheap out! I have been working three cases with the Emmett at Alpha Stone, my clients are happy, I'm happy.

This is my third time using Alpha Stone. David Peng and his team are very professional and did an exceptional job. The variety of choices is endless. I used stone and the beveling was seamless. The installation was perfect. Based on comparisons, I found their pricing great!

Awful service.Went in to look for a small kitchen counter top and was given a rough quote of approx $1000-$1100 from David using some of the smaller end pieces in their cutting area.Returned a couple weeks later to finalize the order and arrange measurements. Had to chase them and call a couple times and eventually reached Emmett who was very rude and clearly did not seem interested. He also said they couldn't do it for less than $2000 and there was no discount on the end pieces.Had dealt with them years ago but will NEVER deal with them again and they wasted our time!

I literally just got my countertop installed. Alpha stone was a great place to do business with! Eric was awesome! Super knowledgeable, personable, and went above and beyond when I was looking for my countertop replacement. He did everything he could to make sure I would be happy with my decision. Great installation team as well! Very detailed and creative! Would definitely recommend them if you're looking for professional fabricator!

I have dealt with Alpha Stone now on 7 residential home renovation projects. Not sure how people say they have customer service problems. I have never had any issues with my counter tops nor with service. Our rep David Peng is outstanding. He is always willing to take that extra step to make sure the job goes smooth. Very knowledgeable about Granite & Quartz, from how to get stains out to helping us fill dents from the client dropping a cast iron pan on to the counter top. In construction it is very hard to find reliable & responsible sub-trades. Thank you David for all your hard work you are one of the many reason why we keep coming back to use Alpha stones on all our projects.

this place offers ZERO followup service. I spend 8000 dollars here. I was told that I need to buy 3 slabs of counter so that the pattern in kitchen backsplash would look nicer because then the pattern can be continuous. Ended up after installation, nothing line up and definitely no continuous pattern. the bathroom counter end did not line up either, A crack line from the join became very visible after couple of months. I email them with photos, called and follow up, and they did nothing. just kept saying the service department will contact me. Now another 3 months elapsed. Of course never heard from them. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else if you are thinking of upgrade your counters.

Nice looking stone at first, but they don't stand behind their product. They DID replace a 4' by 7' island piece that was defective from day one (bad finish), but that where it stopped.The edges chip very easily (we're careful too), and they won't fix under warranty.Shop around a little bit and perhaps spend a bit more money for a company that will stand behind their product more consistently.

Did a complete kitchen renovation with complicated stone work. It included 2.5 back lit mitred counter top with waterfall and back splash. The attention detail was great
