Possibly the worst customer service iv had... Once I booked up trailer in for A/C problems, took them 3 weeks to finally have a look at it, when they called me with the problem they tried swindling me into just replacing the unit at full cost, when I then asked is it repairable they told me yes... but I know they didn't want to because it was going to take more time to do.Also on a side note they got confused on who I was initially when dropping off my trailer, and told me if they knew I was just some regular Joe blow (like I was) they would have refused doing the work...Terrible Service, I would never go back again!

I’ve have purchased two webasto airtop 2000 heaters here over the last 4 years. Both Jessica and Travis in parts are outstanding. On the service side, they were really quick to warranty and repair my heater when it broke. Thanks!
