Booked an appointment yesterday and since I had a terrible experience booking the appointment, I wrote a review!Seriously! this person named KJ cancelled my appointment without informing me and made sure the people working there inform about this cancellation when I travelled to attend my appointment. The reason”i wrote a review”Seriously dont u have better things to do with your life!

So, you are rude to your clients over a simple question first, book them an appointment and then go ahead and cancel it without having the decency to inform them? Only for them to travel all the way to your parlour and give them the smirky decision you guys made? How professional!!!!! Try taking all kinds of criticism you get and improve, instead of being vengeful! KJ needs to work on his customer service for sure but the whole staff needs to a class on how to take criticism! Very very unprofessional and disappointing place

I always go to this place on time for my appointments and still end up waiting couple of minutes before I get my appointment started but I never complained. Today I got late by 7 mins( I am never late but there was some hold up on the road ) and a very rude receptionist named KJ kept on arguing that I was late 10 mins even when their watch was showing clearly that I was 7 min late .She kept on talking in a very rude & disrespectful tone and did not budge ! Please hire people who have atleast basic decency of how to talk to other people !

Amazing service! Even though they were fully booked they were able to squeeze me in for an emergency last minute appointment (for eyebrow threading). They are also reasonably priced and very welcoming!

I have been coming here for long time. But now they are charging 5 dollars extra because the new beautician doesn’t know how to shape eyebrows and when you ask to her to do her job properly. They call it special eyebrows. Such a rip off. They are exploiting customers last minute and using stale products. The astringent she used in the end was stinky. They also changed my selected beautician last minute. Under trained staff

Love this place, best prices in the city and talented threaders. It's been difficult for me to find a reliable, reasonably priced place in the city with good quality threading and waxing (I'm really picky about my eyebrows) and this place does the job. They're really quick too, I'm usually in and out which is also a plus!

A friend of mine recommended this place. I called to book an appointment last week and the man who answered was very abrupt with me. He however confirmed my appointment and told me I was added into their system. The day of the appointment (today), I walked in and gave my appointment time and name only to be told nothing was booked for me at all. I asked the receptionist to check the system using my phone number, and whether the wrong week was booked and neither request was met with acknowledgement. I was not even offered to book another appointment, or an apology or anything. I walked out without further discussion because it was a pretty absurd experience, and the receptionist seemed entirely uninterested in my experience. My name existed in their system, so clearly I had been booked at some point but they cancelled without informing me. Would not recommend this time waste of a place.

The estheticians at Prayosha downtown are so sweet and kind. Lovely bunch of staff. They did a great job on my eyebrows and it was painless and quick.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service! I used to be a regular at this place as it was my go to for eyebrow threading. But after my experience today I’m never going back! They did not even have the courtesy to inform me but cancelled my appointment and locked up the place - when I arrived the lady at the front desk refused to honour my appointment saying I was four minutes late and despite me requesting that they accommodate me given I booked this appointment 48 hours prior, she kept arguing. Extremely rude and disrespectful, I don’t think they understand the concept of customer service. Never going back!
