I came here as the Esso car wash was out of order. It looked fancy driving through, but my truck came out still dirty. I purchased the Silver package, and had to re-wash my truck.

Used this car wash the other day where it ended up removing a piece from my hood. I mentioned to the guy's who worked there and they said they couldnt retrieve it until the end of the day which was fine so I gave them my number to contact me. Lo and behold, noone even bothered. Makes me wish I never even supported the business in the first place. Save your money because chances are that it will be costing you more than just a car wash

Paid for the gold $18 wash and our car is still very dirty on every side. Definitely do not recommend this car wash

I wouldn't go back. The wash was sub par at best and there were streaks left all along the side of the vehicle. Pretty standard Hyundai Santa Fe SUV and there may be a small scratch on the passenger side from this car wash. I would advise people to not use this car wash if you care about your vehicle or the quality of service.It really didn't do the job that we paid for or expected.The streaks can be seen on the top portion of the door panel

The top part of my driver sideview mirror was missing the day after the car wash. I came back the following day and the worker(Shawn) gave me back the the missing piece. The car wash machine has damaged my driver sideview mirror. I never went to an express car wash before that made any damages to my vehicle. I made a claim with ICBC and they didn’t take responsibility with the damaged that they caused to my vehicle which is not a surprise. I would stay away from this place unless you want your car damaged!!

Bought the monthly pass, and after two months it never worked once. Had the IR tag replaced, still didn't work. When confronting on-site staff, they finally admit the scanner doesn't work, and on-site staffs are not allow to bypass the system. Long story short - This place is a scam.As you can see from the reply below, this place will quickly place blame on their clients. I have seek help several times with on site staffs, and they said the IR sensor does not work. I had the tag replaced by your staff once, and still didn't work. I requested a refund and never received it. This place is a scam, and the online response just proves it.

To whom it may concern . I paid for a Silver wash yesterday afternoon precisely at 5:50 but it was just a basic wash . No Shampoo at all . I do have a video from start to finish of the wash if u need proof . Hope u will take this into consideration and to hear from you very soon .Thank you and have a good one .

Probably the worst car wash I've ever used. Even simple dirt spot that a person can easily wipe off with your hand wasn't washed off

TERRIBLE! I paid for the Silver wash ($15) in hopes it would be better than the cheapest option. Missed so many spots around my door handles, rear window and back bumper. Looks terrible. Will NOT go back.

Spent an absurd $16 for a car wash. Just to be told I cannot get my car washed as I have bike racks on.It is not stated anywhere “no bike racks”.I asked for a refund to which I was told “Sorry. Our owner is a bad guy, doesn’t offer refunds. Best we can do is email you a certificate to get your $16 car wash another day”.Very sketchy business. Offers overpriced car washes. Then cannot offer refunds? I find that very odd and I’m not even sure if that is legal to do.Very disappointed and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know not to bring their car here.
