Food portions are so small for take out. Ordered okonomiyaki fries for 8.99 and got 1 hand full of fries only. See image.

Excuse me but how is this acceptable? Both Banana milk drinks aren't even filled to the top. The other two drinks (Taro smoothies) I got were filled to the top but just because I got the BOGO options on Ubereats doesn't mean this is acceptable.

Hadn’t been here in over 15 years but it’s still quite unchanged from how it was. The space is pretty run down looking, a bit dark but cozy and you don’t feel like you need to leave right away. Sit and enjoy your drink or food.Prices are good, tapioca texture is amazing and the drinks are really tasty. I had the black milk tea, coconut with tapioca and it had bits of sweetened coconut inside. So good that the drink was consumed before I thought to take a photo. Oops!Update: Back again, took a photo this time.

How I wish I discovered this place sooner. This is a lovely cosy little shop but it had lots of drink options at a reasonable price. Additionally the food here is decent for the price and portion size. Will definitely come by again if I'm in the area!

Decent place to get late night snack.The food isn’t bad but I mean nothing out of ordinary.The bubble green tea I got was prob the best part.Place seems a bit rundown.

Tuck away on the side of this building is a tiny Taiwanese bubble tea/snack shop. I got the blueberry green milk tea with tapioca and it was surprisingly delicious! Not many places have blueberry flavour milk tea these days so this was a nice treat! Part of the restaurant is also a lottery ticket booth which was something I haven't seen before. I also liked that they tried to be sustainable by offering paper straws as well as the usual plastic ones.

I ordered a large drink one time but realized I didn’t have $2 more on me but they already started making it so they gave me a large for the price of a regular. I still feel kinda guilty so I’ll just leave this review until I can tip them $2 back. Oh yeah I guess the drinks were pretty good too.

I've been meaning to try this place for a while. I think the food and service was good. Really enjoyed the Croffles & Ice Cream! Atmosphere was cozy as others have mentioned. However, to be very honest I took a star off because I felt the restaurant needed a good cleaning.
