As a long time Canadian Cookies supporter I was very excited to finally visit the brand representation in my country while visiting Toronto. I wanted to try some of the famous strains from my favorite company. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I know good product and have worked in the industry for over 15 years now. The Georgia Pie and the Gary Payton that I settled on were TERRIBLE. The Georgia pie left me with a sore throat less then half way through and tasted really bad. The burn was the furthest thing from white. The Gary Payton smelled like black pepper and was not even appealing to light up. Not sure who is bringing these products to market in Canada but they need an overhaul. This is not the quality I would expect from such a reputable brand. I expected to pay a higher price then average because of the name, but also expected that price to transfer to the quality I was receiving, it did not. The display in the store and menu also very lackluster. Buds in display were old and looked terrible. Also the way the display was set out on the tables was messy and hard to locate anything. Staff was nice, about the only bright spot of my visit. Hoping you can turn this around as I had very high expectations and was left beyond disappointed.

I can’t say anything about the products since we never bought anything. We were a bit confused because I was looking for chocolate chip cookies and thought they were a cookie shop. Nonetheless we explained it to the store attendant and he was really nice and even tried to help us look for a cookie store. When it comes to friendly service, I’d definitely recommend this place.

Visiting from the East-coast so it was cool to grab some eighths and a t-shirt to bring home.Major shoutouts to KHALED for helping me out. I had bought a shirt with a small manufacturing error and he exchanged it without friction for another one. I felt the love!

Started with cookies out in LA/Vegas every-time I go out there. Once they opened up the store down here I had to check it out. Austin aka Munderz is a damn legend. Always greets with a big smile. Knows his cookie products from A-Z. Doesn’t try to upsell. But real talk he’s always upbeat and positive energy. Cookies take care of him because good employees like him are hard to come by. REAL TALK.

Awesome asthetic and love how they display the flower in jars for people to see. The merch there too is pretty cool and came out with alot of cool stuff! Would go again

Best cannabis store I’ve entered, but I got 14g of Dank Wafers by Dank Craft and it was possibly the worst weed I’ve smoked in a long time. No taste , black burning , always going out , dry. Make sure to ask questions with bud tenders before purchasing

lovely staff, knew their stuff, having that soap right now and it tastes godly and burns white and smokes smooth

Wonderful staff! I was not supposed to go at all to Cookies, but I lost my phone and a kind soul left it at the shop, and staff rang my emergency contacts. Saved me from buying a new phone. So of course I had to buy something, I was relieved, and staff present was so kind and turned over my phone.It was a while since I bought anything, and they immediatley matched me with something I used to smoke before, and I'm on cloud nine.
