Got a chip in my windshield. They managed to get me in same day of call. Took care of putting it through insurance for me so I paid nothing out of pocket. Very polite staff. Highly recommend for any of your glass repair needs.

Online submission late in the evening of a windshield glass replacement was quickly followed up the next morning by MONETTE.Information was requested from me to provide the VIN# of my vehicle to ensure the proper replacement was quoted. This is all standard procedure in a proper windshield replacement quotation.I promptly responded to the email within minutes providing the information requested.My email was replied to a few hours later saying “ I am waiting for the response to the vin search. I will be in touch with you soon with pricing and availability.“That was the last communication that I received from the business.Anyone who has had a badly damaged window needing replacement knows that it is very time sensitive to have it replaced.The lack of follow up on providing me with a fast quotation and possible available drove me to take business elsewhere.I would not rate this business one star because they definitely showed the initiative to help me; but the lack of customer retention has proven the values behind the business.If you’re looking for an emergency auto glass replacement, this would be my last resort. Most places can prove you a quote within minutes over the phone.

Monette was courteous, professional, and efficient. Our heated seat wasn't working, but they found and fixed it in 5 minutes and did not make us feel like we were stupid for not plugging it in ourselves ( we are mobility challenged seniors!) nor that we wasted their time. A good experience.

My insurance company made the appointment for me with this glass company and I was beyond impressed. My driver side window had to be ordered in from a different province which took a few days and they kept me updated on every step of the way. I hadn't had a chance to clean the inside of my car and when I got my car back I opened up the door and the inside of my car was immaculate, they even vacuumed up the beach sand under the mat that had been there since last summer lol. Vacuuming up everything after changing the window might be a normal part of the service, I'm not sure, but it was one that I was not expecting and it was one that I greatly appreciated as I don't own a shop vac and I was planning on going to a car wash and dispensing a couple loonies to use their vacuum.

Good service for glass repair but sucks that shuttle service is not good. Else, highly recommended

I was called on Friday to say they will call me back on Monday to book my appointment for a new windshield. I! (not them) I called THEM back, on Thursday and was given an appointment, no mention why I wasnt contacted for 4 days or when they would have called me.Windshield was replaced. I went to adjust the rearview mirror, it fell off, exposing a broken piece and a piece missing (circled in red).I requested a manager call me back, so far the same person that didn't call me back on Monday called and told me to drop it off with them tomorrow. I will not leave my car with these animals.

Timothy did an absolutely amazing job redoing the vinyl of the armrest on our car. It matched the rest of the interior perfectly and the workmanship was superb. Thank you!

I had my windshield replaced a few years ago & the service was fantastic then. Recently I was experiencing condensation in my vehicle & went through every channel I could think of & ended up back at ziebart's on the off chance it was my windshield. it wasn't but they diagnosed the problem (I had already paid for this to be fixed elsewhere) and squeezed me in on the spot. They are experts in this specialized field and so kind. Customer service is above and beyond. I would highly recommend them and am glad I found them
