More than just somewhere to get a haircut, Hanna has always shown herself to be someone who cares about her clients deeply.I came in one day for an appointment not as my best self. I was visibly stressed out and in a mad rush. Hanna was professional and clearly saw what was going on and took extra care with me. At the end of the appointment she sent me off with words of encouragement that I really needed to hear.Also, when I came in for a colour appointment and told her something wasn't feeling right about doing it today, she didn't pressure me, upsell me or make me feel guilty about changing my mind. She gave me the service I needed, not the service that would benefit her the most.With these two experiences I really feel like this is a locally owned business in Pembroke I am happy to spend my money in. And when I do take the plunge into colourful hair I absolutely trust Hanna to do an amazing job.

Hanna and Shana did the hair for myself, my bridal party, my mother and my aunt on our wedding day and they were WONDERFUL!! From start to finish we have nothing but lovely things to say about these ladies! The trial was a fantastic experience with Hanna who was so kind and accommodating of us being from out of town. Their hair salon is so beautiful, you instantly feel at home. On the big day Hanna and Shana came to us and were so fantastic to work with. They were patient in making sure everyone loved their look and felt their best. I can not thank them enough. I would highly recommend Hanna and Shana for any bride on her big day!

Had a dry women's cut today. I was in the chair for maybe 10mins. The whole thing felt rushed and over priced for how much time she took on my hair.

Hands down the best hair salon in town! I've been going to see the ladies since I had them do my wedding hair back in 2021. Never disappointed in their quality and service. I hope to try their colouring service soon.

I trust no one but Shana to touch my hair from now on. These ladies here are very professional and understanding of what YOU want, not what they think you should have. They're the best! And their shop is just the cutest thing.
