Terrible service. Called back multiple times about sourcing bearings. It’s like they forgot about my order. I’m not taking about 1 or 2 20 dollar bearings either. Talking about 6 bearings that are 400 bucks a piece I was able to locate elsewhere. Very rude on the phone to top it off. One Star is being generous. I called this company looking to order a product without a clear idea of what exactly I wanted or needed. Rather than give me a thoughtful answer to help me come to that conclusion, I was rudely interrogated to the point where I could feel this gentleman's eyes rolling through the phone. This is not how you conduct good business. Talk to your customers. If they don't know what they want, this is your opportunity to SELL them something. I will be taking my business elsewhere. (Out of respect, I am not mentioning this gentleman's name, but I'm sure anyone else who's dealt with him will know exactly who I'm talking about.)
