I ordered at 12:41 am. The delivery guy tells me he's outside at 1:30 am. Mind you, I live on the Rez-de-chaussée and I have access to the parking through my balcony. I go out, not a single car in sight. I call him back, he tells me: I'm here." Then says a street name that sounds like my street but isn't it.Then he says "What's the address?" I tell him... he then says "yup" AND HANGS UP IN MY FACE!I call back

Absolute crap service.They totally messed up my order. They promised to resend the correct order and offered us a 5$ credit. The food never came. We waited for an additional 45 minutes for our food before calling back yet again.After talking to head office, we went to the resturant for a reimbursement, which we had to argue for because the employe insisted we wait for his supervisor to return. Finally, we called head office for a fourth time, handed the phone to the employee and we finally got our money back. We then had to insist that the tip be returned to us because of the terrible service and the fact that we never got our order.The food is normally ok but the fries they sent tonight were soggy and only warm.This is the second time they send us the wrong order. Last time there was no effort made to correct the situation.Two stikes, your out.

ordered pizza at 19h30 for 20h30 on their websiteat 21h00 pizza still wasn't here so we called, it is now 21h30 and we are STILL in queu to talk to a supervisor simply to ask where our order is!never orderering from double pizza again

Ordered at 530pm... Told 45 mins to an hour.. Okay Cool.. Waited and arrived just after 7pm.. Food cold. Ordered due to there Garlic Cheese fingers wanted a taste of home here.. Even knowing the reviews here. Wish I never ordered as it was a complete disappointment. Will not be a returning customer.

Customer's service is zero and your poutine is made with only a lot of very salty fries and few cheese. It is not worthy.
