I am a current Telus customer with a corporate plan. I went to this location to buy a new phone outright. The salesperson lied to my face and said they are not allowed to sell phones outright to customers. I know this is not true because my husband previously bought a phone outright from this location.I went to another Telus location where I received exceptional customer service. I inquired with that sales associate about the lack of service I received at the Bonnie Doon location. He verified thatphones can indeed be purchased outright. The reason the salesperson lied to my face is because she would not receive any commission for selling the phone outright. Commission is only earned when a customer purchases the phone with a 2 year plan.If you’re looking for helpful and courteous staff, save yourself the time and don’t bother with this location.

Dustin was absolutely amazing - I truly hope he gets the recognition he deserves from management. He made a very crazy day so incredibly wonderful for us and explained everything in the policy so clearly. We are very happy new joiners with Telus, and we will for sure be coming back to him for phone upgrades too!

Went in today to get my mom set up with a new phone as she is not good with technology and doesn't know anything about phones. Dustin was super helpful and super patient with my mom as we went through phones and available plans for her. We got everything she needed transferred over to her new phone, a screen protector and case. Thanks so much for your help and patience Dustin!

Put me on hold and then lied to my face after I walked into the store still on hold on the phone. Absolute clown.

I miss the koodo store. My husband told me not to go to the telus store in here because the ppl at the store wwere rude to him. Well i didn't get that far because they just completely ignored me

Unfortunately this Telus location, and my experience last night, is finally forcing me to leave Telus for good after being with them since the age of 16.Putting aside their phone contracts and their business practices, the experience of being a customer in this store was terrible. They had no solutions to offer, were inconvenienced by my presence, and started laughing with each other about my visit before I was even out of earshot from the store.I only need to see someone in person every few years with Telus, and somehow they are so bad at providing that service and experience that I can't stand the thought of going back to their store.

Emile went above and beyond helping my wife and I with new phones. Friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this store!

I had the BEST experience here! Jaime's service was 100% top notch. I dread getting a new phone with the issues that can arise and also because I had to restore my old phone to send away for trade in credit. She walked me through every step (and basically did all the work), making sure it went perfectly. Her demeanour and great attitude made my day!

After arranging everything over the phone with Telus, all that was left was dropping in and picking up my new Pixel 6.I entered the store, and waited at the counter to be acknowledged. Took about 10 minutes, even though there was someone at the back doing her best to avoid eye contact.Once helped, I offered my order confirmation sheet and waited, and waited while the service person talked on the phone with the set-up department. After about 30 minutes, I politely interrupted the phone conversation to ask how much longer it would take. Response, I don't know
