*** what are the odds, the corporate courier lost my package? *** I didn't get that original lottery tickets I purchased yesterday, instead I was given a new ticket.I went to London drugs to purchase 2 gatorlyte and $18 lotto and I used their self check service as I didn't want to line up. Big mistake , after I paid by debit, it didn't print my lotto or receipt. I was in the store for 20 minutes waiting foe r their manager Melissa to talk to the IT. I had an appointment at 11:15 so I had to go, I left my name and number and I was told they can refund my purchase and I didn't need to go back. I called the store Back at 1pm since I haven't heard back. I spoke wth Melissa and I was told, they can't refund my money cause I paid using debit. It's either I go back and drive 15 minutes to the store and waste my gas or they send me my items by courier which will probably take 3 days. I am very disappointed about this. I will update as soon I receive my order. I have a feeling it won't show up at all.

I have problem with the customer care of this store for example I went to buy a camera but a guy named Sanket didn't know anything about it and he was the manager!!! I always go to Soheil and Henry because they really care about customers and work fast but the rest of them in tech department are lazy and slow and the worst thing is sometimes there's no management or staff in tech department. Anyway thanks to Soheil and Henry and I hope to see them more often in the store

This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever had dealings with over my 70+ years. When my doctor faxes a prescription to the store , it shouldn’t take 1 week to get it filled. Unacceptable. If the pharmacists also plan to make appts and recommend/prescribe medication this will force me to move all my prescriptions elsewhere, If they can’t fill a prescription in a timely manner, they shouldn’t be making appointments.

Good location with a variety of products. Prefer this store over SDM as there is a bit more variety. Lots of cleaning products, toys, beauty, snacks, and a small section for electronics. I even managed to find Tru Earth laundry detergent that was cheaper than Amazon. There are directional arrows in the store, that most people seem to be ignoring. There are also plexiglass barriers between the self check out which I would have preferred the middle self checkout not being available than being squeezed between two plexiglass barriers with people on both sides.

Almost always pleasant experiences at this LD branch.Usually reasonable prices, fast enough service, and staff that are helpful. Also, Customer service desk gladly price-matched items from another retailer.Very helpful. Feels better to buy things from here than from Walmart.

I bought a phone in March this year and wanted to use it in Asia for my SIM card. But the local SIM card did not work on my new phone. I came back to Canada and visited London Drug to get a refund. I explained my situation and the manager is very understanding and gave me my refund. I have been shopping here for many years and their service is very excellent at this LD branch and deserve more than 5 stars. Thank you

Pharmacy is an absolute joke. Twice now prescriptions haven’t been ready after being faxed over. First time was 6 hours prior, next was the day before. The whole point of faxing it is so it is ready for when I pick up. Love LD and shop there frequently, but pharmacy has to step their s*** up, otherwise people will drop like flies and go to other pharmacies.

Minh at the electronic / cell phone area was so helpful! Hands down the best customer service I have had in years! Very knowledgeable friendly. Helped us with our 2 sim cards. Will recommend:)

Customer service experience was amazing!!!! The manager came through in a big way and took care of my issue in a quick and professional manner. I had an issue with a product and they were so kind and willing to take it up with the manufacturer for me. I will always recommend this London drugs. Thank you!!!!

Nothing out of place. Just a perfect London drugs visit. Went through all the kitchen appliances such a good display. With the rest of the mall closed we could find are way out of the mall and when we finally got outside there was some other person walking halfway around the mall looking for his car. Extremely easy to loose your sense of direction.
