So disappointed nails are not straight, thickness is different with each nail, not shaped or filed properly , felted rushed after a regular customer showed up for her appointment. To make matters worse one of my toes had no polish on it . Thanks to Bernice I'll never go there again!

I went for a pedicure and a fill. The pedicure was very rushed and now my toe is infected... I got a fill, she cut me pretty badly, my nails are so thick, one of my nails broke off two days later. It was supposed to be coffin" style but there so uneven and not at all the style I wanted. The lady doing my nails was nice but probably the worst fill and pedicure I've had..."

If I could give zero stars I would. Rudest lady, Charged an extra $10 for another colour. Plain simple colours, Mine and my sisters nails are chunky, lumpy and so ugly $156 for 2 sets of SIMPLE gel nails. She laughed when I said my nails were hot and was blatantly rude. Keswick save your money and go somewhere else!

If I could give zero stars, I would . It cost $50.00 for a pedicure that lasted 30 mins. A barely there 2 minute massage by a less than enthusiastic nail tech. Some people aren't cut out for serving the public. Save your money and skip this place entirely.

Very professional and detail oriented, Bernice is the best. Got a fill done on gel tips (had them put on elsewhere) and she made them look so much more natural and better than where I used to go. Booked my next appointment before leaving!

Woman does not know how to do nails. I refused to let her finish my nails because she does not know how to shape or file. I asked her 3 times to correct her mistake. She could not do it. After I told her the third time I tried fixing it myself with a file. She still couldn't fix it. She told me prior to getting my nails done that it would be $45-$55. I had enough of her doing my nails and messing up. I asked how much I owed for what she has already done? She said $50. I asked her how if they are not complete and completed is $55 max? The owner came and looked at my nails and said $40. The owner then lied and said it was $45-$55 for acrylics. I told her that was not was said. I had to call my son that was there when I asked her. All I asked my son was what type of nails did I tell her I wanted. He said gel. I asked how much did she say? He said $45-$55. The owner then started to stutter and conderdict herself. I will never go to these lying bandits. Welcome to Keswick I guess.

It was terrible. I had the worst experience. I got a full bio gel set with shilac for $60! He could not get the shape I wanted so I had to shape it myself. Hoping I could at least get a decent paint job....I was wrong!!! It was extremely lumpy and messy (looked like it was done by a 2 year old) I complained to the owner and she gave me $10 back and told me to come back later so she can redo the paint job herself, which I appreciated at first.I do not live close by but I go back anyway because I could not stand looking at my nails. When I get there she handed me off to the same guy that did my nails earlier. He started out only taking off half the paint and putting another layer of polish which was looking even worse and super spotty. I told him to just take the whole polish off and redo the whole thing with a different colour since the other one didn’t seem to be working out. It ended up looking mediocre, not as messy but still lumpy. On top of everything the owner asked me for the $10 back because they wasted their time on me instead of another lady. Horrible customer service. Would not go back or recommend to anyone.

We came here so much and never had a problem this time we felt rushed and the lady doing my moms nails was very rude and made it a point to not be friendly! She gave the wrong Colour nail polish and seemed like she was in a very bad mood, my mother changed her mind about what type of gel nail She wanted and the nail lady seemed very frustrated and made made my mom very uncomfortable. We spend a lot of money here and we definitely deserved better service will not return.

Nottt impressed. They have convenient hours which I like. But I made a 9:30am appt and the nail tech was late opening the shop so when I arrived the salon was actually still closed. I waited for her to show up and then she needed to open the shop. (Turn on the lights, organize things, etc,.) The first thing she said to me was 'What do you want?'The work was sloppy and rushed (see photo). It was seriously the ugliest nails of my life (see attached image). I wanted 3 different colours and was told I had to pay extra just for using different colors (Why? It was all normal Shellac colours.)It also was painful at times and my one finger was bleeding afterwards. I wouldn't go back here if it was free - and I paid $50 for this! Will definitely not be returning and would strongly discourage others from going here.

Horrible experience at this salon. The lady was rude and unfriendly and didn’t seem to care what I wanted. She seemed annoyed at my questions, and got irritated at me when the uv light didn’t dry my nails, like it was my fault. She gouged my cuticle with the grinder and didn’t even apologize. Did a horrible job on my French manicure, looked absolutely horrible, I went to another salon to have it re-done. Will never return nor recommend
