Best Choice Insulation

Best Choice says it all! These guys did a great job and even fit us in a very tight schedule. I can’t say enough about how professional and hard working the guys were. We had them insulate our crawl space in our hunt camp. Best thing we ever did. If you need spray foam insulation don’t hesitate to call Lance!

Called Best Choice Insulation and Lance (the owner) was happy to quote our job in Highlands East. We did get other quotes, but we really liked the fact that our sprayfoam would be installed by the owner of the company. We had 3 inches sprayed within our rafters in our cathedral ceiling over the soffit to ridge" venting baffles as well as some walls

We were walking on a country road and Lance and his crew slowed down and changed lanes to pass us. How respectful! I noticed his business on his truck and we needed our garage wall spray foamed so we called. Lance was great. It was a small job, he fit us in and was there when he said he would be. Lance and Daylon, 2 young good looking gentleman came over to spray foam our water shed to keep it from freezing. These guys not only did a fantastic job, they were professional and courteous. Lance is a man of his word. He charged what he originally quoted and Daylon even closed our gate when they left and that was so thoughtful of him to do considering we have a couple of West Highland Terriers. So if you want the best, hire these guys. Out of all the tradesmen we’ve dealt with, these guys did everything without a hitch. They were not only efficient, they were kind and caring who go that extra mile for their customers. So glad we found them.

Being new to the area we had to go online to find a company that would spray foam our Bunkie. Based on the reviews we decided to go with Lance, and were extremely happy we did. Lance was able to squeeze in our job during his busy schedule. He and his team showed up on one of the hottest days and were able to finish the job. The next day we noticed a couple of spots needed touch ups. We contacted Lance and he washere the following day to make it right. I had Best choice insulate the ceilings in my house last fall. Blown in on my flat ceiling and spray foam on my cathedral. This spring water started leaking inside the house in the cathedral section. I thought there was a leak in the roof and had a look and nothing. It was also strange because it was on both slopes of my ceiling. It happened all spring, my drywall was soaked and the paint was bubbling. I researched it a bit and turns out if your soffit space is blocked and no air can get in, condensation can build in between the insulation and the roof. So I pulled down some of my soffit to look and Best choice had blocked every soffit space with their baffles and no air flow was getting through. I messaged them about it awhile ago and no response. If I could go back in time I would go anywhere else.

Lance was recommended by my contractor friend Doug. He was prompt, the work was well done. I'll definitely recommend him to my clients and friends. Very reasonable rates too.

Don’t even think twice. If you are cold in the winter or warm in the summer keep that heat and air in your home. I noticed a difference the first night. Lance and his team at Best Choice are good at what they do, you will not be disappointed.
