Went there to buy a product from the flyer...they took to long to find out that they wore out of stock..took a rain check and they refuse to put stamp on parking card so I had to pay for parking

The staff have been more than helpful with the purchases I made

Jessica was super helpful with setting up our baby registry and helping us look at the strollers/carseats

They never answer the phone and their toy selection is small

I love coming here, always have. The staff are friendly and the store is always clean. As an adult collector however, I find it frustrating that Toys R Us has now inflated their prices to 20-25% more than their competition. I want to support Toys R Us, but when I can go to Wal-Mart or Gamestop and get an identical product for 20-25% less, I'm sorry, but I'm going to go there. I understand that the economy is a bit rough, but the competition has had yo go through it too, and they're not gouging the consumer as much. Just my 2 cents.

Bought a crib here and lots of newborn items last month and we came back yesterday to buy a stroller + car seat and 2 car seat bases. We just found out from our mother in law that they will give a free parking ticket when you purchase from the store. My husband and I wished that we knew that they'll give parking passes when you buy something, but it is too late now lol after having a few trip to the store almost every weekend we were never offered a parking pass by the staff at the cashier. Aside from that - we like going to Babies r Us and will come back again for more items for the upcoming baby we have. Helpful staff as well. Thanks to Nicollete for doing a great job showing us a demo on strollers and car seat. She is very patient and answered alot of our questions as soon to be parents!

First experience: The staff, well, at least the one lady, thought she had the right to tell me how to raise my baby. My baby! She made snotty remarks and second guessed my opinion about MY baby. I could not believe it. Second experience: My mom bought me the baby breeza on the Boxing Day sale. We finally got the ok for solids so I opened it up and it was used!! The whole inside was dirty and had MOLD! Disgusting! The plastic parts that were supposed to be white, were almost orange. I went to return it, considering the circumstances I expected an apology, but all I got was doubt from them. They didn’t believe that it was used, and they assumed I used it. There was no instructions in the box! So I had no idea how to use it. My daughter just got the ok to start solids, reason being we just opened it. I barely got a gift card back, not that I’ll be using it!! And to top it off, they refused to give me a stamp for parking. I could not believe the disrespect I got, and the snotty looks and remarks under their breath. NEVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN! And to think, I got my daughters entire nursery from there. Ugh. Disgusted.

The store itself is pretty old and could use a face lift, but the products inside are great. A lot of the things they sell you can't find anywhere else in the city.
